bidder buys and owns it.
A deposit is required for
each unit bought. If
anything is left in
dumpster or unit, the
deposit is forfeited. The
buyer has 24hrs to
remove all items from
the unit. (Different
arrangements may
sometimes be made-

Anyone has the right to
bid and buy at the
discretion of the
auctioneer. Uncle Bob's
Storage has the right to
pull any unit from the
sale. Contact each
location prior to sale for
number of units
available day of sale.
Delinquent storage
customers or their
representatives will not
be permitted to
purchase the unit for
less than the amount
owed. All payments
MUST BE MADE IN CASH
NO CHECKS
ACCEPTED. Sales tax
will be charged unless
you have a Vendor's
number. Auctioneer
and/or family members
are not permitted to bid
on any units while acting
as auctioneer.
